Frequently asked questions

Answers to common London dog grooming questions about prices, mobile groomers, how often to groom and how our referrals work.

Questions, answered.

How much does dog grooming cost in London?

Typical London prices run from about £35 for a bath and brush to £125 for a mobile visit. Size, coat and matting set the final figure, and each groomer sets its own prices.

Can I get a mobile groomer in London?

Yes, many groomers cover London by van. Tell us your postcode and parking situation so the request goes to one who covers your district.

How do referrals work?

You send your postcode, your dog's details and the service you want. Your request is reviewed and referred to an independent groomer, who then contacts you.

Does it cost anything to use this site?

No. Requesting a quote is free and you are not obliged to book.

How often should I groom my dog?

Many trimmed coats do well every six to ten weeks, with brushing at home between visits. Short coats may only need a bath every month or two.

Do you recommend a particular groomer?

No. We do not promote named businesses, and the groomers we refer to are independent.

What if my dog is nervous?

Say so in your request. A groomer can plan a shorter visit, a quieter slot or a mobile appointment.

Is this veterinary advice?

No. For skin, coat or health worries, speak to your vet before grooming.
